Ingredient:
Lemon : – 1 grated rind
Breadcrumb : – 100 gms
Baking powder : – ½ tea spoon
Flour: – 50 gms
Moist sugar : – 70 gms
Milk : – 50 ml
Shredded suet : – 60 gms
Procedure:
- Make the mixture of all dry ingredients with lemon rind.
- Add milk to this mixture and stir it properly.
- Place the mixture in greased mould by covering of double piece of greased paper and steam for about 2 hours.
- Using the juice of lemon, serve it with lemon sauce.
