Lemon Pudding Recipe

It includes the flavor of lemon so it is bit sour in taste. Following is the method of its preparation

Ingredient:
Lemon : – 1 grated rind
Breadcrumb : – 100 gms
Baking powder : – ½ tea spoon
Flour: – 50 gms
Moist sugar : – 70 gms
Milk   : – 50 ml
Shredded suet  : – 60 gms
Procedure:
  1. Make the mixture of all dry ingredients with lemon rind.
  2. Add milk to this mixture and stir it properly.
  3. Place the mixture in greased mould by covering of double piece of greased paper and steam for about 2 hours.
  4. Using the juice of lemon, serve it with lemon sauce.
