Ingredients:
figs(anjeer) : – 3 cups
Breadcrumb : – 4 cups
Sugar : – 7 cups
Shredded : – 5 cups
Nutmeg : – 20 gms
Milk : – 1 tin
Method of Preparation:
- Make the fine chopping of figs and mix nutmeg, suet, sugar and breadcrumb in it.
- Add some milk in it.
- Place the mixture into a greased basin, cover it with double piece of greased paper and keep for steaming for about 3 hours.
- Now serve the dish with wine foam sauce.
