Ingredients:
Chopped ginger(adrak) : – 2 tea spoon
Baking powder : – ½ tea spoon
Shredded suet : – 100 gms
Breadcrumbs : – 100 gms
Ground ginger : – 1 tea spoon
Golden syrup : – 2 tea spoon
Milk : – 30 ml
Flour : – 100 gms
Method of Preparation:
- First combine all dry ingredients in a pan and add golden syrup then add little milk to make mixture firm and fair.
- Grease a pan and put a mixture in it. Now cover it with double piece of greased paper and give steam for about 2 to 2 ½ hour.
- Now your pudding is ready to serve
