Ginger Pudding Recipe

This pudding has some ginger paste and gingers in it to get the ginger taste in it.  These are not mostly likable by the children but older people use to eat it. Following are the ingredients and its recipe.

Ingredients:
Chopped ginger(adrak)  : – 2 tea spoon
Baking powder  : – ½ tea spoon
Shredded suet : – 100 gms
Breadcrumbs  : – 100 gms
Ground ginger : – 1 tea spoon
Golden syrup  : – 2 tea spoon
Milk   : – 30 ml
Flour : – 100 gms
Method of Preparation:
  1. First combine all dry ingredients in a pan and add golden syrup then add little milk to make mixture firm and fair.
  2. Grease a pan and put a mixture in it. Now cover it with double piece of greased paper and give steam for about 2 to 2 ½ hour.
  3. Now your pudding is ready to serve
